Refund Policy

At searchforsites, we value our members and want them to be satisfied with their membership. If your membership is not the right fit, we offer refund options under the conditions set out below.

Membership Purchases

1. searchforsites memberships are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.
2. Refund requests submitted outside of the applicable statutory cancellation period listed below are not eligible for a refund.

Consumer Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers may have the right to cancel and request a refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

Additional Terms

1. Refund eligibility is limited to one refund per account.
2. Members removed from the programme for violations of our Terms & Conditions, Community Standards, or other programme policies are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency and amount charged (GBP). Currency exchange rate fluctuations may result in differences between the refunded amount and the amount received by your financial institution.
4. searchforsites reserves the right to deny refund requests where account activity, misuse, abuse of the refund policy, fraud, or other circumstances indicate that the request is inconsistent with the intent of this policy.
